SUBARU Engine Oil Leak Sources Photos

If you're wondering where some of the possible locations of SUBARU engine oil leaks are located, you're in the right place! 

These photos depict the common sources.  This isn't to say SUBARU engines are chronic leakers, in fact far from it.  The engines typically develop leaks only at well past 100,000 miles, although some of the mid/early 1990's and earlier did have some issues with oil pump screws and an oil separator plate that caused them to leak sooner.
