MySubaru account home

MySubaru is for Subaru car owners. It makes owning your Subaru easy. From your smartphone, you can check your vcar's status, schedule service, and more. Also, the STARLINK® controls including remote start and lock and unlock are accessible.

How do you log into MySubaru?

Click here MySubaru to be taken to the login page. If you have not logged in before, then click Create Account. You will need to enter your name and address and your Subaru vehicle VIN. You can find the VIN on your Subaru car insurance ID card, or on the placard on the dash.

Is MySubaru down?

At the time of this writing, the MySubaru site is up and running normally. If you cannot access MySubaru, then here are a few things you can try:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Clear your web browser cookies
  • Reboot
  • Try accessing from another device, such as a smartphone or tablet

Otherwise, MySubaru might be undergoing maintenance. So try back at a later time.

MySubaru app

The SUBARU STARLINK® app lets you review vehicle service information and perform other functions for your Subaru cars. This app is available for both IOS and Android. Just search for MySubaru in the Apple Appstore, or Google Play.

MySubaru promo code

From time to time, a promo code for the STARLINK® system maybe available. Usually the best place to get the promo code is from the dealer who sold you the car. They are in the best position to know about all the currently available promotions. STARLINK9 was a code that worked in 2020. Some people have reported that if the code does not work, if they call customer service at 1-800-782-2783, they have gotten a retroactive credit.

Update the Subaru naviagtion system

There is a free software application called Subaru Map Update Toolbox. Map updates are generally included free for a certain period of time. After the free map update time period has expired, you can purchase Subaru map updates. Then the updates can be stored on a micro-SD card, and installed in your Subaru navigation system.
